Mr. Noor Rahman is the Head of the Construction Department at RRCC. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and is a leading authority on the designing of reinforced concrete structures. He was responsible for the translation of the book “RCC Design of Multi-Story Buildings” into Pashto. He has extensive training and experience in seismic assessment and retrofitting of masonry buildings, as well as irrigation engineering and engineering management.
Mr. Mohammad Khalid Hanifi Joined RRCC in May 2009 and worked in different positions, currently going positioning as a Procurement and Shipping Manager. He is holding Bachelor Degree in Science (BSc) from University of Peshawar, Pakistan with first division, He is having a vast experience of around 10 years in Logistics, Customs of Afghanistan, International Market procurement & Shipping. Currently working as a Procurement & Shipping Manager in RRCC, He’s responsible for all International Inquires, Orders placement, and afterword collection and arrangement of its Air and Ocean Freights and on site deliveries. Controlling of all local and transit point paperwork for the incoming RRCC shipments in addition Control of all local procurement is also a part of his duties...
Dr. Mohammad Sediq Noori is the Health and safety manager at RRCC. He has been also working in some other positions including Business Development Officer.
He holds MD degree in medicine from Kabul Medical University and has a Certificate in Safety, and Management. He is also responsible for the development of the company and health/safety standards and processes. He is responsible for developing, administering, and implementing companywide occupational safety programs as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act such as US Army Corps, Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1, OSHA and all US Government relevant regulation and standards.
Eng. Sayed Hekmat is the Contract Manager at RRCC. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and is responsible for preparing proposals for infrastructure development and construction projects, in response to new project solicitations. He is controls and motivates RRCC’s bidding team with regards to proposal related issues and insures that the prepared proposals are competitive, responsive, and reasonable. He joined RRCC in May 2009 and his excellent proposal writing skills has resulted in RRCC being awarded many projects over the years. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and is extremely competent with economical assessment and the costing of road construction projects.
Mr. Habibullah Nejat joined RRCC in early 2010 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate. He holds a Masters degree in International Business and Management (with merit), from the University of Westminster, London as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (with honors), from the American University of Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan. He specializes in finance and banking and has 4 years of experience in various related fields. based on his creative skills since 2012 he is promoted as Chief of Business Development.
Eng. Rohullah Wafa is the QC manager at RRCC. He is responsible for managing and preparing quality control plans, developing and maintaining an effective CQC system, briefing of field QCM’s for preparation, initial and follow-up meetings, submittal of quality control processes as well as managing all the QC related activities. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and has a wide range of experience in on the construction of buildings and roads, designing, quality assurance of activities and of approved materials. He is also well versed in the use of survey instruments, such as dumpy levels, theodolites, total station and GPS. Apart from his academic background, he has attended many courses and is very knowledgeable in Construction Quality Management, Quality Control System (QCS) and Occupational Safety and Health.
Mr. Abdurraziq Malyaar is the IT, Assets/Inventory & Marketing manager at RRCC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Information Technology, MCSE certified (Microsoft Certified System Engineer), Worked as a Graphics Designer, Computer Instructor, and has over 5 years of experience in IT. He is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining software solutions for RRCC, such as Office Document Control (ODC), Assets and inventory management software from Bar|Scan, and more. He has maintained a user friendly networking system, by implementing the latest network server technology - both hardware and software. Since the start of career at RRCC, he has been responsible for ensuring IT related issues are kept to a minimum. He is well known for keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies out on the market.
Muhammad Mustafa Sultani is a technically skilled financial management specialist known for accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in managing overall financial accounting functions for diverse-industry employers. His Financial Management/Accounting Specialist career spans 6 years of experience in the areas of developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve financial reporting and management. He has done (BBA in Financial Management) and proficiencies in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Mr Shapoor Jebran is the Security Manager at RRCC. He has over 6 years of experience, in various security related fields. Over the years, he has worked as a security assistant, security supervisor, security team leader and security manager. He is responsible for preparing security plan for projects and maintaining security related issues.
