This project featured greater than 100 single and multistory facilities, each facility roughly the size of a gymnasium, accommodating 4000 personnel, consisted of design and construction of utilities, facilities & site development for 4,000 ANA users. RRCC provided complete design and construction of all utilities and site development while constructed around 50% of facilities at a self-performance cost of $27.3 million.
This heavy budget (42 million dollars project) included more than 5 Km of 7.3 m wide paved road, 2.5 Km of concrete walkways, More than 100 building units with turn key features, 20 guard towers, bunkers, helicopter loading zone, construction of buildings such as (admin, barracks, DFAC, storage, vehicle maintenance, and training buildings).
Other works includes Helipad demolition of 900 m2, street lighting, storm and drainage utility, generator canopies, mogas storage and refueling areas, drop arm, and swing gates.
