The project consisted of design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure to provide a complete and usable facility. This Project costs material procurement at an approximate value of $8.5 million.
Furthermore it included design and construction of 7 guard towers, multi-story administrative buildings, barrack buildings, women barracks, training buildings, dinning facility, latrine facility, small storage, secure storage, fuel operator point, vehicle maintenance area, installation of 7000 gallon storage tank, backfilling of 850 m of pipes for distribution network all over the entire site, valve boxes, 6 manholes, well house, elevated water tower, disinfection and chlorination system, installation of two 800 KVA power generators and automatic transfer switch, panel boards, fuel storage, and barriers around fuel storage was also part of this project.
