This $11 million project included the design and construction of all site and parking areas, site works, utilities, and all facilities for a design population of 1,500 personnel inside Shindand Airbase. RRCC built service roads, drainage structures, a Helipad Area in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization standards for airport tenant facilities, a 10MW power plant, fuel tanks, a complete power distribution system, deep water wells, treatment, and storage systems, information and communication systems, sewage treatment and lift station, and extensive vertical construction for dining, fire and medical services, power, storage, and other functions.
The main soft of work for this project was Grading, paving, drainage structures, a 10MW power plant, deep water wells, water and sewage treatment facilities, lift station, and multiple buildings including a medical clinic and electrical power facilities
